- Select Your Style and Filter: Choose a style number from the images in the listing, select either Filter-1 or Filter-2, and include this information in your message.
- Preview: We’ll provide a preview within 12-24 hours for your approval.
- Approve or Request Edits: Revisions are free to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Note: Edits are unlimited on the costume you’ve already selected. If you decide to change the costume entirely, no worries! I just ask for a small additional fee of 50% of the digital file price to start the process over.

We want you to be delighted with your custom artwork. If the preview doesn’t meet your expectations, you’re entitled to a full refund, and your order can be canceled at no cost.

However, once you’ve approved the preview, the purchase is final, and we cannot offer refunds or accept returns, as each piece is made to order.

We do offer a 14-day return window, but it applies exclusively to items that were damaged during delivery. For any other issues, returns are not accepted due to the personalized nature of our products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us, and we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
