Pawtastic Pet Prints ("we" and "us") operates the website https://www.pawtasticpetprints.com ("Website"). By placing an order through our Website, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to set clear expectations and protect both parties.

1. General

All portraits are made to order using the pet photo you provide. Processing time is typically 2–3 business days, followed by shipping time of 5–7 business days. In total, your item is typically delivered within 7–10 business days from order placement.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred method.

  • Digital orders do not incur shipping charges.


3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Transit Time Domestically

Domestic shipments (U.S. only) take between 6–15 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.

3.2 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and ready to ship within 1–2 business days after photo approval or customization submission.

3.3 Change of Delivery Address

We can change your shipping address before the order is dispatched. Please email us immediately if you need to update your details.

3.4 Out of Stock / Delay

As each product is custom-made, we do not run out of inventory. However, production delays may rarely occur due to volume. If so, we’ll notify you promptly.


4. Tracking Notifications

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey via FedEx or UPS.


5. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us at Admin@pawtasticpetprints.com with photos of the damage and the packaging.

  • If possible, refuse delivery and have the courier return the package.

  • We will issue a replacement or refund once the claim is confirmed.


6. Duties & Taxes

For U.S. customers, all taxes are included in your final checkout total.
For international orders (if applicable in the future), duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.


7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is processed (i.e., before we begin working on your artwork). Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted due to the custom nature of the product.


8. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears to be delayed or lost:

  • Contact us and we’ll work with the courier to investigate.

  • If the item is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
