EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We want you to love your order from Pawtastic Pet Prints. Because many of our products are custom and made specifically for you, our return policy works a little differently than standard retail stores.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 60 days of delivery and include photos of:
The damaged or incorrect item
The packaging the item arrived in
Once we review the photos, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
If a return is required for a damaged or defective item, return shipping will be provided at no cost to you.
Custom and personalized items
Most of our products are custom-made and personalized, which means they are created specifically for your order.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once production has started or once the design proof has been approved.
Proof approval (custom artwork)
For custom portraits and artwork, we send a final proof for your approval before printing.
Please review your proof carefully. Once the design is approved and sent to print, changes can no longer be made.
Sizing and device selection
Please make sure you select the correct size, device model, and options when placing your order (for example phone model or print size).
We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for orders placed with the wrong size or device selection.
Refund processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days.
