1. Place Your Order – Order directly through our website.
2. Upload Your Pet’s Photo – Either:
   • Use the "Choose File" button on the product page before adding to cart, or
   • Email us at photos@pawtasticpetprints.com with your name and order number in the subject line.
3. Choose a Costume & Filter – Pick a style number from our sample gallery and choose either Filter-1 or Filter-2.
4. Receive a Preview – We’ll send you a low-resolution proof within 12–24 hours.
5. Request Revisions or Approve – We offer free unlimited edits on your selected costume.
   • If you want to switch to a completely different costume, there is a small fee (50% of the digital price).
     ✅ We don’t finalize anything until you’re 100% happy with your portrait!

Note: Edits are unlimited on the costume you’ve already selected. If you decide to change the costume entirely, no worries! I just ask for a small additional fee of 50% of the digital file price to start the process over.

We do offer a 14-day return window, but it applies exclusively to items that were damaged during delivery. For any other issues, returns are not accepted due to the personalized nature of our products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us, and we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
