๐พ Order & Design Process
What happens after I place my order?
Once your order is placed and we receive your pet photo(s), weโll begin creating your artwork. When the initial proof is ready, weโll email it to you for review. You can approve it or request changes.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes! We offer unlimited revisions โ we want you to love your portrait. Just reply to your proof email with your feedback and weโll tweak it until itโs perfect.
Can I change the costume or photo after ordering?
If you'd like to change the costume or the photo after we've started working, thereโs a small $5 change fee per update to help cover design time.
Can I request a completely custom design?
Yes! We offer fully custom backgrounds or costume concepts for $35. Just message us with your idea before placing the order.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Most print orders are delivered within 6โ15 business days. Digital-only orders are delivered within 1โ3 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes โ standard shipping is free for all U.S. print orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We currently ship using FedEx and UPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer free international shipping on all physical orders. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination country, but we'll send tracking info so you can follow your package every step of the way.
๐ Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because all items are custom-made with your petโs photo, we only accept returns if the physical item arrives damaged. Digital files are non-refundable. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Weโll happily send a free replacement. Just email us photos of the damaged item and packaging at Admin@pawtasticpetprints.com within 7 days of delivery.
How long does a refund take?
If your refund is approved, it should appear in your account within 3โ10 business days, depending on your bank.

How do I check the status of my order?
Weโll email you at every stage of your order. If you havenโt received an update, feel free to email us with your order number.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may cancel or change your order before we start working on the design. After work has begun, there may be a $5 change fee.
