2. Upload Your Pet’s Photo – Either:
   • Use the "Choose File" button on the product page before adding to cart, or
   • Email us at photos@pawtasticpetprints.com with your name and order number in the subject line.
3. Choose a Costume & Filter – Pick a style number from our sample gallery and choose either Filter-1 or Filter-2.
4. Receive a Preview – We’ll send you a low-resolution proof within 12–24 hours.
5. Request Revisions or Approve – We offer free unlimited edits on your selected costume.
   • If you want to switch to a completely different costume, there is a small fee (50% of the digital price).
     ✅ We don’t finalize anything until you’re 100% happy with your portrait!

Please note that our 14-day return window begins on the day the item is delivered. We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged. As this is a customized product, returns for any other reason will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
